Please note: Due to time constraints and rising costs, I have implemented a very specific policy for project consultations. The steps are as follows:
1.) I will do an initial phone interview and assess your needs and go over your job in as much detail as possible. If it seems we are able to work together, and I can provide you the services you require, I will do a rough estimate on your job so you can have a price range to determine if the job you want completed is in your budget. I will answer any other questions I can at that time.
2.) Should you decide you want me to look at your job I would be more than happy to do so, at a time convenient for your schedule as well as my own. I am a good contractor with a lot of experience. I am honest and take pride in my work and just like any other profession, my time is valuable. This policy allows me to spend my time with potential clients that are serious about their project.
3.) After traveling to your home, inspecting the job, and taking proper measurements and tile selection, I will create an estimate for you.
4.) Once an estimate is accepted you will be asked to sign a detailed contract protecting you and I from any kind of fraud or scam. At that time we will also schedule your job and from then on you can rest assured you have a true professional making working on your behalf and making your project come to life.
